SCDOT District #3 On Call CE&I Services

This contract with the South Carolina Dept. of Transportation was to provide DOT-certified inspectors for various highway and bridge construction projects on an as needed basis in Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Greenville, and Spartanburg counties. the inspectors worked under the direct supervision and direction of the DOT’s resident construction engineer.
F&H responsibilities on this project included providing nine DOT certified inspectors on various road and bridge projects including 2 new interstate interchanges, 3 new bridge projects, 1 interstate rehab project, and secondary road resurfacing projects. Also, F&H provided 1 SCDOT — certified asphalt plant inspector to perform the duties as the assistant district asphalt manager.
