Palmetto Parkway

The Palmetto Parkway Phase II Design Build project is the final leg of I-520 around Augusta and North Augusta. Phase II of the Palmetto Parkway extended the existing Phase I from US 1 for approximately 5.5 miles on new location as a four-lane divided interstate tying into I-20 with a fully directional interchange.
In addition to the mainline roadway, the project consisted of a 10ft wide multi-use path along the entire project, 5 interchanges, 12 bridge sites, and over 18 miles of side road and ramps.
