Springdale Northern Bypass

F&H was contracted by the AHTD to design 2 segments of the US Highway 412 Springdale Northern Bypass in Benton and Washington Counties, Arkansas. The facility is a 4-lane fully controlled access interstate highway.
The first segment consists of preliminary and final roadway and bridge design with construction plans and specifications, geotechnical studies and foundation reports, right-of-way plans, traffic analysis and related engineering services, and estimates. The general limits of this segment begin at the western terminus at Hwy. 412 and end approximately 0.6 miles east of I-540.
The second segment consists of preliminary roadway design, right of way plans, traffic analysis and related engineering services, and estimates. The general limits of this segment begin a distance of approximately 0.6 miles east of I-540 and end at Hwy. 412 (East).
