Keith Franklin is Executive Vice President and Group Manager of Florence & Hutcheson operations in Georgia and Alabama. He has more than 30 years experience in the design and management of complex transportation and infrastructure projects in rapidly growing markets in the South. His range of project experience includes all aspects of transportation engineering, from concept to construction. His current corporate responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s Project Management enterprise.
In addition to operation of the Florence & Hutcheson office in Atlanta, Keith provides oversight of the firm’s Huntsville office and the firm’s Georgia Construction Engineering & Inspection program.
A graduate of the Southern Polytechnic State University, Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer in Georgia and Florida.
Keith is the Vice President of the American Council of Engineering Companies-Georgia Chapter, a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers-Georgia Section, the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
