Katherine joined the Florence & Hutcheson team as Director of Human Resources after 13 years in Human Resources management and consulting positions within the information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and non-profit arenas. Katherine has a broad background in recruitment, staffing, employee relations, corporate communications, organizational development, corporate culture change, policy development, and benefits administration.
Katherine is responsible for developing and directing state-of -the-art human resources practices while serving as a strategic partner to senior management and staff.
Katherine holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication Arts from Georgia Southern University. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, through the Certification Institute of the National Society of Human Resources Management in Alexandria, Virginia.
