Warren F. Lamb is Executive Vice President and Group Leader in Florence & Hutcheson’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. He has more than 27 years of increasingly complex engineering design and management experience. Warren’s current corporate responsibilities focus on business development, primarily targeting company wide design-build efforts. Operations responsibilities include final oversight of the roadway design, structure design and safety inspections, and the transportation planning divisions.
For 18 years prior to joining Florence & Hutcheson in 2009, Warren was Senior Vice President of Ko & Associates, P.C. in Raleigh where he answered directly to the firm’s President. Ko & Associates and Florence & Hutcheson merged operations at the beginning of 2009. During his time at Ko, the firm was selected by NCDOT for Limited Service Agreements for planning and design emergency services during each available cycle.
Warren is a member of several industry societies including the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Highway Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers and the Design-Build Institute of America. He has also served on the membership committee for American Consulting Engineers Council / North Carolina.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a registered professional engineer in several states in the southeastern United States.
