NCDOT Awards Florence & Hutcheson Project TIP BD-5113C
The North Carolina Department of Transportation has awarded the Design-Build Team of Crowder Construction Company and Florence & Hutcheson Project TIP BD-5113C for the design-build replacement of nine (9) low impact bridges in Buncombe, Burke, Madison, Mitchell and Rutherford counties in NC. This $8million project will begin production in June 2011. The project completion date is December 20, 2013. Crowder and F&H have previously partnered to complete bridge replacements on NCDOT #C201345 Design-Build project in Haywood County, NC.
