Job Description

Manages all office functions of a highway construction field office. Responsible for day to day operations, including computer operations, scheduling, meetings, organizing files, reports, and maintaining records.

Required skills and education:

  • Working knowledge of computer systems and general office software.
  • Familiar with Site Manager software.
  • Experience and knowledge of highway construction and understanding of construction terminology.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Good time management abilities.
